Vendor Shipping & Fulfillment Policy Print On Demand Marketplace

Vendors are responsible for establishing and maintaining reliable fulfillment arrangements for products listed on Print On Demand Marketplace.

Fulfillment Providers

Vendors may use qualifying print-on-demand providers, production partners, or other fulfillment services.

Vendors remain responsible for the performance of their chosen fulfillment providers.

Shipping Rates

Vendors must provide accurate shipping charges based on their fulfillment provider's rates whenever shipping is configured by the vendor.

Shipping charges should not intentionally mislead customers or be used to disguise product pricing or marketplace fees.

Production Times

Vendors must provide reasonable production and handling estimates and update them when fulfillment conditions materially change.

Tracking

Tracking information should be provided when available after an order ships.

Fulfillment Errors

The vendor is responsible for working with its fulfillment provider when products are misprinted, damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, lost, or otherwise subject to a fulfillment-related claim.

Multiple Fulfillment Locations

Vendors using multiple production facilities must ensure that customers receive reasonable shipping and delivery information.

International Shipping

Vendors offering international shipping are responsible for accurately configuring available destinations, applicable shipping charges, production limitations, and other fulfillment requirements.
