Print On Demand Marketplace connects customers with independent print-on-demand sellers and creators. Because products may be produced and shipped by different vendors and fulfillment providers, shipping charges, production times, and delivery estimates may vary by product.

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout whenever available.

Production & Processing Times

Many products sold on Print On Demand Marketplace are produced after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time and may vary depending on the product, vendor, customization, and fulfillment provider.

Estimated production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing products from different vendors or fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has been produced and shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Because many print-on-demand products are produced specifically after an order is placed, return eligibility may differ from traditional retail merchandise.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or substantially different from the item ordered should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other information necessary to document the problem and assist the vendor or fulfillment provider with resolution.

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products generally cannot be returned solely because the customer changes their mind, selects an incorrect size, enters incorrect personalization information, or no longer wants the item.

This does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law when merchandise is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or otherwise not as described.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
