Marketplace Role
Print On Demand Marketplace provides an online platform through which independent vendors may offer print-on-demand, personalized, customized, and related products to customers.
Unless Print On Demand Marketplace is specifically identified as the seller, products are offered and fulfilled by independent vendors and their selected production or fulfillment providers.
Product Information
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, sizing information, personalization requirements, and other listing information.
Colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to production processes, printing methods, materials, and differences between electronic displays.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, product availability, personalization information, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, text, images, sizes, colors, and other customization information before submitting an order.
Personalized products created according to the information supplied by the customer may not qualify for return solely because the customer supplied incorrect personalization information.
Intellectual Property
Customers and vendors may not upload, submit, sell, or request content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.
AI-Generated Content
Artificial intelligence-generated and AI-assisted designs may be offered on Print On Demand Marketplace when permitted by our seller policies.
The use of AI does not eliminate a seller's responsibility to ensure that designs do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in fraud, interfere with marketplace operation, access accounts without authorization, upload malicious software, manipulate reviews, misuse customer information, or use the marketplace for unlawful activities.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice. Obvious technical, pricing, or listing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be canceled or adjusted where appropriate.
Third-Party Services
The marketplace may rely on third-party payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, technology providers, and other services. Those services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
